Contact Form Processing via Microsoft
We use Microsoft 365 by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA, for processing and delivering your contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form, your data is processed via the Microsoft Graph API and delivered to us as an email. Microsoft acts as a data processor in this context.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing enquiries). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Microsoft. Microsoft may also process your data in the USA.
